Experience and Satisfaction

For Our Patient

What to bring to your

initial consultation?

  • Letter of referral from your dentist, specialist, or GP.
  • Your full medical history including a list of any medications, X-rays, and recent blood test results.
  • Your Medicare card and any private health details you may have.
  • Your GP details including phone number and address.

All patients require a consultation appointment to:

  • Discuss the specifics of your case
  • Review your treatment options
  • Discuss the pros and cons of your procedure
  • Listen to your questions in a relaxed manner
  • Discuss the costs associated with your planned treatment

NOTE: Treatment with us is available with or without private health insurance. However, private health insurance will assist with the costs of your treatment – especially if your surgery requires admission to a Hospital. Each health insurance policy has its own rules and regulations and levels of health cover.
